Update # 8 of January 31, 2017: Apple no longer signs iOS 10.2

That night, Apple stopped signing iOS 10.2 so it’s impossible to downgrade officially to the latter. We advise you to pay attention to your Jailbreak.

As a reminder, the Jailbreak of iOS 10.2 is compatible with all devices 64bits apart from the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. The latest firmware compatible with any Jailbreak for these two models is iOS 10.1.1. It should also be noted that this version iOS is no longer signed by Apple, so it can not be restored to date.

You will need two prerequisites to perform this Jailbreak in peace, first you will need Cydia Impactor, and secondly the IPA of Yalu102.

To access Cydia Impactor it’s here

For Windows Click Here

For Mac Click Here

To access the IPA of Yalu102 for the iPhone 6S, 6S Plus, iPhone SE, and iPad Pro it is Click Here

We advise you to register the IPA directly on your desktop, which will make it easier for you to inject the IPA into Cydia Impactor.

Before you start the Jailbreak procedure, you will need to perform some basic operations from your device.

  • You will need to disable Locate my iPhone. To do this, go to Settings in your device, then in iCloud, and disable Locate my iPhone.
  • Now you need to disable the Touch ID and password of your device. To do this go to Settings, then in Touch ID and code, and disable the Touch ID and your code.
  • And finally, activate Airplane Mode from your Control Center and connect your device to your PC or Mac.

Once you have downloaded the prerequisites, put them on your desktop, then open Cydia Impactor. Now drag the IPA of Yalu102Alpha inside Cydia Impactor.

Enter your Apple ID now, which must be in .com. If that is not the case do not hesitate to create one because it will be useful in our future tutorials.

Now enter the password for your Apple ID. Then let Cydia Impactor do its job.

Once the procedure is completed, Cydia Impactor will show you that the procedure is Complete. You can now disconnect your device from your PC or Mac. Disable the airplane mode.

  • Go to the Settings of your device, then in General, continue by selecting Profiles and Devices / Device Management, and end by pressing the profile that has the same name as the ID you entered in Cydia Impactor.
  • Select the developer app that also has the same name as the ID you entered in Cydia Impactor, then click Trust …, and then click Trust inside the pop-up that appears on your screen.
  • Yalu102 is now approved, now go to the location where the Yalu102 application is located, to open it. Once Yalu102 is opened, a pop-up will appear on the screen warning you that the application might slow down your device, so click OK.Now press the GO button which appears in blue in the center of the Yalu102 homepage. A second pop-up will work on your screen, telling you that the storage is almost full, click OK right now. Your device will perform a Respring.

The Jailbreak procedure may not work the first time, the Yalu102 application will close, and your device will do a Respring on its own. Do not worry re-do the manipulation, and the procedure will run without any problems.

Go back to your home screen, to see that Cydia is actually installed on your iDevice. You have more than open it to take full advantage of the iOS 10.2 Jailbreak. Cydia Substrate will be installed automatically when you install your first tweak.

Here is the tutorial is now finished, do not hesitate to share it so as to benefit as many people. If you have any questions about the procedure, do not hesitate to leave us a comment in the space dedicated to this purpose.
